Get involved in the Stevens Square-Loring Heights neighborhood and you can receive special discounts on your rent through the Rental Discount program.
How to participate:
Register by filling out the form below.
Volunteer with us!
Submit your activity hours in the form below.
Receive a rebate between $60 & $225 a month!*
*Per apartment. Varies by rental property.
Residents can receive money off their next month’s rent for volunteering at SSCO programs such as:
Attending community meetings.
Joining the Safety Team.
Maintaining green spaces in the summer, such as the Overlook Garden.
Participating in a neighborhood clean up.
Volunteering at any of our neighborhood events.
Residents from the following rental properties qualify to participate:
Earn up to $150 off your rent each month through all of the activities listed. 1 volunteer hour = $15 off your rent!
Earn up to $225 off your rent each month through all of the activities listed. 1 volunteer hour = $15 off your rent!
Earn up to $60 off your rent each month through all of the activities listed. 1 volunteer hour = $12 off your rent!
