Red Hot Fridays are monthly pop-up art vendor fairs that feature live performance, local eats, and hands-on art activities! Fun in Stevens Square Park for the whole family.

Get paid for your COVID-19 shot!

Red Hot Shots is a vaccine incentive program created in partnership with SSCO, Red Hot Art, Axis Medical, and Hennepin County. Everyone aged 12 and up who receives a free COVID-19 vaccine (provided and administered by Axis Medical) at Red Hot Friday will get cash, free RHA food & art vouchers, and a chance to win up to $150! Spread the word.

HIV/HCV Testing & Family Tree Clinic

Family Tree Clinic is moving to Stevens Square! They will be tabling at Red Hot Friday - swing by their booth to learn about their services, their new location, and more!

North Point Health & Wellness Center will be providing free HIV/HCV testing on-site.

Food

La Tortilla Food Truck & Red Wolf Chai will provide delicious eats!

Beverly Tipton Hammond is an ordained elder, dancer, choreographer, visual artist, singer, songwriter, art curator and entrepreneur. She holds an MBA from Concordia University. She began painting 14 years ago as a hobby and has over 200 paintings.

Her artwork has been featured in the Hennepin County Employee Exhibit, Hennepin County Health Department Exhibit Hall, the Minnesota African American Heritage Museum & Gallery, StarTribune, the Northrup King Building. Beverly is a member of the ROHO Collective and serves on the Board of the National Lutheran Choir.

She owns the Tipton Hammond Arts gallery where she and her husband A. Drew Hammond started the Pure Water School of Dance, teaching Ballet and Afro-Modern Dance in the gallery. She enjoys the creative process and loves to inspire and share her passion for art. The gallery is located at 1500 Jackson Street, #261, NE Minneapolis, MN 55413. www.hammond-art.com
