Community Meetings

The best way to find out what the SSCO Board is up to and to provide your input is to attend a Board, Committee, or Quarterly meeting!

The Board of Directors and Committees meet regularly once a month, in addition to 4 larger quarterly meetings held 4 times a year. All meetings are open to the public, with virtual options for attending most of the committees.

Joining a Board, Committee, or Quarterly meeting is a great chance to get your voice heard, and you may be eligible for money off your rent for attending!

Only Board members can vote on motions, but everyone is encouraged to share their thoughts and comments. Want to be able to vote and provide direction/oversight for SSCO? Join the Board!

Typically the committee comes together to discuss finances, plan the next board meeting agenda and make special decisions on behalf of the board. These are 1-hour meetings that SSCO is opening up for public attendance, so neighbors can learn more about what the nitty gritty of our work is like.
