The Loring Park Art Festival, a Minneapolis tradition for more than 20 years, plans to return this summer, complete with new Covid protocols for safety and a line-up of 140 juried artists. The two-day festival is set for Saturday, July 31 and Sunday, August 1 in Loring Park.
